Hello, I’m Sydney…

…Founder of Tomboy Fitness. Athletics, health, and fitness have always been part of who I am. I started playing competitive sports at a young age and continued through high school. Even after stepping away from organized competition, my love for movement never stopped. Whether it was playing pick-up games with friends or staying active with family, fitness has remained a core part of my life.

After graduating from Colorado State University, I decided to turn my passion into a profession and became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).

Now, I’m proud to coach women toward stronger, healthier, more confident lives.
My mission is to help you improve your overall health, wellness, and quality of life through a holistic approach that includes movement, nutrition, and sustainable habits.

At Tomboy Fitness, I believe in making fitness fun, keeping nutrition simple, and using real-life strategies—like mastering meal prep—to help you reach your goals in a way that’s safe, efficient, and empowering.
