SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING

Two people:
4 sessions: $400 ($100/session)
8 sessions: $800 ($100/session)

- An exercise program that is specifically programmed to your personal needs and goals
- Video demonstration and instruction for each exercise
- Accountability and support through weekly check-ins and bi-weekly video calls
- Available through in-app messaging whenever you have questions
NUTRITION:
- An individualized approach to help you achieve your nutritional goals
- A plan that fits you and your lifestyle to build healthy, sustainable habits that will last a lifetime
- Education on how to read food labels and navigate the grocery store
- Tips and tricks on meal planning and meal prep
- Accountability and support through weekly check-ins and bi-weekly video calls
- Available through in-app messaging whenever you have questions
CHECK-INS:
- Bi-weekly video call check-ins to chat about how you are feeling with the workouts and your nutrition. We chat about the wins from the previous weeks and the struggles, so we can continue making changes and work toward your goals.
- I check in multiple times a week through the in-app messenger to make sure you are staying on track and are feeling confident!- You are highly encouraged to reach out to me during the week as well, if any additional questions come up or just need an extra boost of motivation that day/week.
